PAYMENT POLICY
While placing an order on zissisvilla.gr’s online platform, the customer is required to pay a deposit equal to 20% of the total value of their order using one of the online payment methods bellow (CREDIT/DEBIT CARD or DEPOSIT IN A BANK ACCOUNT). For the convenience and service of all those who wish to buy from our online platform, the remaining portion of the value of their order can be paid using one of the following alternative payment methods on delivery of service:
- CREDIT / DEBT CARD(no charge)
- DEPOSIT IN A BANK ACCOUNT (any bank charges are borne by the Customer)
You can pay the value of your order by debiting your credit / debit card (Visa, Mastercard) following the relevant procedure in our online store, through the secure banking environment of Piraeus bank.
It is possible to pay the value of the order by deposit in one of the following bank accounts of our company:

Your order can only be processed once the total value of the order has been paid within 24 hours, otherwise the order will be canceled automatically.
Due to the time required to manually process your order, this payment method can only be used up to 7 days before the date your service will be provided.
For your faster and better service, please send us a copy of the deposit order, within 24 hours, via e-mail to financial@zissisvilla.gr, stating as reason your order number and your name.
